We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Form submissions, including onboarding forms, are processed through Formspree. Personalized plan requests are processed using Anthropic's Claude API to generate your meal and workout plan; your inputs are sent to Anthropic solely to generate that plan and are not used by us for any other purpose.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing sprayberry.fitness@gmail.com. If you're an active coaching client, you can also ask your coach directly to remove your information.
This site may use basic cookies or browser storage to remember your session (for example, saving your onboarding answers on your device so you can finish later) or to support site analytics. These do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
