A little about the guy behind the plans — why I do this, and why I believe it matters more than just the numbers on a scale.
I wasn't always the guy in these photos. I used to be heavier, angry more often than not, low on confidence, and completely lacking self-control. Fitness didn't start as a passion — it started as a way out.
It was a tough, solo road, with nobody handing me a plan or a pep talk. But it changed me. Not just my body — my temper, my confidence, my discipline, all of it.
I competed as a track athlete in college, and that's really where discipline stopped being a concept and became a daily habit. Showing up when you don't feel like it, trusting the training, competing against your own numbers — that mindset never left me.
On June 6, I stepped on stage for my first bodybuilding show — one I self-coached from start to finish. No outside coach, no shortcuts, just me building the plan and holding myself to it.
Standing on stage was the hard part. Holding this trophy afterward was proof that a solo, self-coached effort — built on discipline instead of shortcuts — can actually get you where you're trying to go.
I believe in being fully equipped, not just experienced.

There is so much that can change in someone's life when they implement better eating and training habits. It's rarely just about the body. It's about everything downstream of it.
Before God ever changed me spiritually, He met a physical need in my life first — and that's a pattern all through scripture. That's why I do what I do: I want to help meet people's physical needs, because I believe it can be the doorway to something much bigger.
